|Please find below the members of the Board of the Essex Regional Retirement System. The Board is comprised of members who are elected or appointed in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 34B, Section 19A (MGL C.34, S.19A). The Board typically
meets on the last Monday of each month at 8:30 a.m., at the offices of the Essex Regional Retirement System located at 491 Maple Street, Building 200, Danvers, MA. Ira S. Singer
Town Administrator, Town of Middleton

Kevin A. Merz
Treasurer-Collector, Town of Ipswich
Chairman of the Advisory Council
Mr. Merz serves as the Second Member of the Board. The Second Member is chosen by a majority vote of the Advisory Council. The term of office for this position is currently two years and for three years thereafter. Mr. Merz's term as a Board member expires on December 1, 2015. Susan J. Yaskell, Vice Chair
Retired Town Accountant from West Newbury and Groveland
Ms. Yaskell is the Third Member of the Board. The Third Member is elected by the active and retired members of ERRS. Ms. Yaskell currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board. The term of office for this position is three years. Ms. Yaskell was re-elected to her current position as a Board member on December 2, 2013 and her term expires on December 1, 2016. H. Joseph Maney, Chair
Retired Town Administrator and Director of Finance from Lynnfield
The Fourth Member is elected by the active and retired members of ERRS. Mr. Maney currently serves as Chair of the Board. The term of office for this position is three years. Vincent R. Malgeri
Mr. Malgeri is an attorney and serves as the Fifth Member of the Board. The Fifth Member cannot be an employee, retiree or official of ERRS and is chosen by the other four Board members. The term of office for this position is five years. Mr. Malgeri was appointed to fill a vacancy and, therefore, he was appointed by PERAC. Mr. Malgeri will serve the remainder of the original term of office and he became a member of the Board on January 23, 2012. His term expires on December 13, 2015.
